Thank You to the Fabulous, Gina LaManna, for Dedicating Two Little Lies In Memory of My Mom!

IMG_3668Months ago when my amazing friend and incredibly gifted writing colleague, Gina LaManna, said she wanted to dedicate book two in her fabulous The Little Things Series, Two Little Lies, to my mom, I became teary-eyed and choked up. Astonishingly, words were hard to find – which is rather ironic for a writer…and a woman who likes to talk. 😉 I did not know what to say to Gina besides thank you. Thank you wasn’t enough then and it still isn’t enough to convey the words that are etched in my heart.

Gina’s book released late last night. I have been waiting for what seems like forever to read this book 1) I love this series! and 2) to read the dedication. I was nervous to see the words in print. When I landed on the dedication, I stared at it for quite a while. And my heart ached and tears cascaded. I am still having a difficult time comprehending she is really, really gone. It hurts deeply to know I won’t see her anymore. However, it warms my heart to know my mom will always be honored and celebrated in the pages of Two Little Lies (The Little Things Series) by the lovely Gina LaManna. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Gina, for sharing my mom with the world. xoxoxo

I know wherever it is raining in the world today, my mom is crying tears of happiness. Again, Gi, thank you with all of my heart. I can’t wait to spread some of her ashes on the Santa Monica Pier as we toast the brave woman who brought me into the universe.

Mommy, I miss you. Xoxoxo

In Memoriam Loretta Williamson 1946-2015

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the death of J Fox Ink Founder and Publisher, Diane Morasco’s, beautiful, loving and one of a kind mother, Loretta Williamson, who died tragically by a hit and run driver in Massachusetts while on location with her daughter and family. She lived an adventurous life and was cherished by her daughter, future son-in-law, sisters, pets, and friends. She was an inspiration to live life to the fullest, to laugh at every situation and a strong woman who endured the ebbs and flows life gifted her. She will live on through her daughter but we all miss her beyond words.
